SCOPE OF THE NIGERIA PROPERTY SHOW EUROPE
Nigeria Property Show Europe will be held in four (4) Locations; London, Manchester, Rome and Frankfurt with the highest concentration of Nigerians. In 2021, the Office of National Statistics (ons.gov.uk) estimated that there are over 270,000 Nigerians in the United Kingdom. That number has tripled in the last three (3) years. This is closely followed by Italy and Germany with the estimated population of Nigerians being over 100,000 and 80,000 respectively.
This show is estimated to attract over 3,000 carefully targeted Diaspora visitors/leads yearning to invest back home.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This event is limited to 30 exhibitors/developers ONLY. Therefore, confirmation for the event is on first-come-first serve basis.
- Payments to participate for the Nigeria Property Show must be received by 15th August 2024 to confirm your space. We can’t guarantee confirmation for participation for payments received later than this date.
- Delegates are required to come to the event with their branded promotional materials (banners, brochures, table-clothes, etc.) and therefore, wholly responsible for them.
- To cancel for the event, you must contact BAUC International at least four (4) weeks prior to the event day. In the case of cancellation, we shall refund the participation fee less £500 administrative charges. However, full refund shall be awarded in the case of visa refusal. Cancellations not received four (4) weeks prior to the event day will NOT be treated and the participation fees forfeited.
- BAUC International is entitled to commission claim from all sales originating from the Nigeria Property Show. The commission payable is as per the agreed contract terms with developers.
- BAUC International reserve the right to deny confirmation for the event where the integrity of the developer/organization is questionable. This is part of our due diligence process to ensure our clientele investments are protected.
